Finance types under review
Structured commercial lending across six categories
KingStone is progressing its funding architecture across the following commercial finance categories. Availability depends on the relevant route, provider, security and eligibility review.
Working Capital
Short-term funding to manage operating costs, payroll, stock or trade cycles for established companies.
Bridge Finance
Fast-access bridging for time-sensitive transactions, including property purchases, refinancing or short-term gaps.
Property-Backed Commercial

Growth Finance
Funding to support business expansion, new contracts, headcount growth or capital expenditure.
Refinancing
Refinance existing facilities to improve terms, release equity or restructure a company's debt position.
Asset-Backed Finance

Borrower readiness workflow
From interest to formal credit review — four staged steps
Register Finance Interest
Tell us the basics: company name and type, funding need, purpose, approximate amount, timeframe, and an indication of available security or assets.
Finance Readiness Review
Suitable companies may be invited to share more detail on the funding requirement, repayment source, company trading position, security position and documents available.
Ready-to-Progress Review
Where an opportunity appears suitable, KingStone may request supporting documents to prepare it for formal credit review — such as accounts, management information and security documentation.
Formal Credit Review
Once the relevant funding route, legal documentation and approvals are in place, suitable opportunities may progress to formal credit assessment through the relevant provider.
Any third-party costs (legal, valuation, due diligence) are explained in advance and only incurred with the company's agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Common borrower questions
Is this open to sole traders or individuals?
No. KingStone's commercial finance is for incorporated companies only. Sole traders, partnerships and individuals are not in scope.
What is the minimum or maximum loan size?
KingStone is progressing its funding routes and provider agreements. Minimum and maximum amounts will be confirmed when routes are live. Register interest to be notified.
Is registration a loan application or approval?
No. Registering interest places your company into KingStone's pre-launch review pipeline. It is not a loan application, credit check or any form of approval or commitment from KingStone.
What security types are accepted?
Acceptable security depends on the facility type and provider. For the standard commercial lending model, typical security includes commercial or investment property (first or second charge), business assets, debentures, personal guarantees and asset liens. Occupied residential property and family homes are not part of KingStone's initial standard lending model. Each opportunity is assessed individually.
Are there upfront fees to register?
Registering interest is free. If an opportunity progresses to third-party review, any legal, valuation or professional costs are explained in advance and only incurred with your agreement. Payment of any cost does not guarantee funding.
When will KingStone be ready to deploy finance?
KingStone is progressing its funding routes, provider agreements and legal infrastructure in parallel. Register interest to be contacted when routes are ready.
