Any borrower finance will be subject to eligibility review, due diligence, credit assessment, legal documentation, available funding and final approval. Registering finance interest does not constitute a loan application, loan approval or any form of commitment by KingStone.
Growth Partner introductions
Growth Partners are introducers only. They are not authorised to represent or bind KingStone, any provider, or any approved structure unless separately agreed in writing. Growth Partner registration does not, by itself, entitle any Growth Partner to fees, commission or payment.
Project opportunities
Submitting a project opportunity places it into KingStone's review process only. Any project will need to complete the relevant due diligence, platform, legal, documentation, risk disclosure and approval steps before it can be listed, offered, financed or progressed.
Islamic finance interest
KingStone is registering non-binding interest in possible Sharia-aligned commercial finance and investment structures. Nothing on this website is a certified Sharia-compliant product, a fatwa, or religious or financial advice. Any future structure would require independent Sharia review, approved infrastructure, eligibility, documentation and final approval before it could be offered.
Roadmap areas
Any roadmap area will require separate legal, regulatory, tax, platform, technical, risk and documentation review before being made available. Nothing in the roadmap constitutes a live offering, approved product, or commitment to launch.
