Investor side · Structured & deal-by-deal routes

Two investor-side routes,developed in parallel

KingStone Capital is progressing two investor-side funding routes — a structured note / compartment route and a deal-by-deal crowdfunding route — designed to use regulated or authorised infrastructure. Both routes are pre-launch. Any investor participation is made only through the relevant approved structure and documentation.

Any future investment terms, target returns, risks, fees, minimum participation levels and eligibility requirements will be specific to the relevant opportunity, structure and authorised provider. No investment is currently offered or accepted through this website. Returns will not be guaranteed and capital may be at risk.

The two routes

Provider-flexible, regulation-first design

Both routes are structured to use authorised or regulated infrastructure. KingStone does not take investor money directly. Provider discussions are ongoing and subject to change.

Route A

Structured Note / Compartment Route

Intended to support KingStone's commercial finance strategy through European-regulated investor-side note issuance, Luxembourg compartment-style infrastructure or another approved structured funding route.

More suited to eligible investors seeking structured exposure to KingStone's wider commercial finance strategy.

  • Structured note issuance through approved infrastructure
  • Luxembourg compartment-style or equivalent
  • Exposure to KingStone's wider finance strategy
  • Subject to full documentation and approval process

Current provider discussions include Black Manta / BMCP, or equivalent approved providers.

Route B

Deal-by-Deal Crowdfunding Route

Intended to support selected deal-by-deal opportunities through authorised European crowdfunding infrastructure. May allow broader eligible investor participation — including eligible retail / non-sophisticated investors where permitted.

More suited to investors seeking selected deal-level exposure with potentially lower minimum participation, depending on the platform and classification.

  • Authorised European crowdfunding platform
  • Selected deal-by-deal opportunities
  • Potentially lower minimum participation levels
  • May include eligible retail / non-sophisticated investors where permitted

Current provider discussions include authorised crowdfunding providers such as EvenFi, or equivalent approved providers.

Important — investment terms

Any future investment terms, target returns, risks, fees, minimum participation levels and eligibility requirements will be specific to the relevant opportunity, structure and authorised provider. No investment is currently offered or accepted through this website. Returns will not be guaranteed and capital may be at risk.
