Ireland & Europe · Expression of interest

Sharia-aligned finance,interest first

KingStone Capital is exploring Sharia-aligned commercial finance and investment structures for companies and investors in Ireland and Europe who transact only under Islamic commercial principles. Registering interest helps KingStone understand demand. It is not a certified product, a fatwa, or an offer to lend or invest.

Pre-launch pipeline Companies and investors Independent Sharia review required

KingStone does not currently offer a certified Sharia-compliant loan or investment through this website. Any future structure would require independent Sharia review, approved infrastructure, eligibility checks and final documentation.

Two pathways under exploration

Finance for companies. Opportunities for investors.

Conventional interest-based products sit outside how many Islamic communities in Ireland and Europe will transact. KingStone is registering interest on both sides so that any future route can be designed with that requirement in view.

Companies

Sharia-aligned commercial finance

For incorporated companies in Ireland and Europe that will not take conventional interest-based loans. KingStone is registering demand for future structures that would seek to avoid riba and use asset-backed or trade-based arrangements where appropriate.

Working capital, trade, asset-backed and property-backed commercial needs — subject to future structure, eligibility and independent Sharia review.

Investors

Sharia-aligned investment opportunities

For investors, family offices and community participants who will only deploy capital into opportunities designed to operate under Islamic commercial principles. This captures interest only — it is not an offer to invest.

Eligible investors seeking participation in future Sharia-aligned commercial finance or real-economy opportunities, through approved structures if a route is progressed.

Principles KingStone would seek to honour

Educational framing — not a claim of current compliance

The principles below describe what KingStone would seek to honour if a Sharia-aligned route is progressed. They are not a certification that any KingStone product is currently Sharia-compliant.

Avoidance of riba (interest)

Conventional interest-bearing loans and deposits sit outside this exploration. Any future structure would be designed to avoid charging or paying interest as a return on money itself.

Asset-backing and real activity

Where appropriate, structures would be tied to identifiable assets, trade, or commercial activity rather than purely monetary lending.

Profit-and-loss sharing

Where a partnership-style structure is used, returns would be expected to follow actual commercial performance rather than a fixed interest coupon.

Prohibited-sector screening

Opportunities involving alcohol, gambling, conventional interest-bearing instruments, or other commonly prohibited activities would be outside the intended scope.

Structures under exploration

Familiar Islamic commercial structures — not live products

Murabaha, Musharakah, Mudarabah, Ijara and Wakala are examples of structures that may be explored with approved providers and independent Sharia review. Naming them here does not mean KingStone offers them today.

Murabaha

Cost-plus sale of an identified asset, where profit is agreed as part of a genuine purchase and sale rather than as interest on a loan. May be explored for trade and asset needs.

Musharakah / Mudarabah

Partnership or profit-sharing arrangements in which capital and (where relevant) effort are combined, and returns follow commercial outcome. May be explored for growth and project opportunities.

Ijara

Lease-style arrangements over an identified asset, with rent for use rather than interest on a cash advance. May be explored for equipment or property-related commercial needs.

Wakala

Agency arrangements where capital is deployed by an agent under an agreed mandate. May be explored where an authorised structure and independent Sharia review support it.

Who this is for

Islamic communities in Ireland and Europe

Eligibility for any future route would still depend on company status, investor classification, platform rules and documentation. The groups below reflect who may register interest now.

Incorporated companies

Irish, UK or EU companies seeking commercial finance that they can consider under Sharia principles — not sole traders or consumer borrowing.

High-net-worth & family offices

Investors who require Sharia-aligned participation and are prepared for eligibility, onboarding and documentation through approved structures.

Eligible community investors

Where a future authorised route permits, eligible participants from Islamic communities in Ireland and Europe may register interest.

Introducers & community organisations

Advisers, accountants and community organisations serving clients who will only transact under Islamic commercial principles.

What happens next

From interest to any future participation

01

Register interest

Tell us whether you are a company, an investor, both, or an introducer, plus location and indicative amount. This is not an application or subscription.

02

Demand review

KingStone reviews registered interest to understand demand from Islamic communities in Ireland and Europe. Registration does not create a product or a queue for funding.

03

Independent Sharia review

If a route is progressed, structures would be designed with approved infrastructure and submitted to independent Sharia review. No certification exists through this website today.

04

Eligibility & documentation

Any future participation would still require eligibility, KYC/AML, risk disclosures, platform or structure approval, and final documentation before capital is deployed or finance is advanced.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about this page

Does KingStone currently offer Sharia-compliant loans or investments?

No. KingStone is pre-launch and is registering interest in possible Sharia-aligned commercial finance and investment structures. Nothing on this website is a certified Sharia-compliant product, a fatwa, or a live offering.

Who is this page for?

Companies in Ireland and Europe that will not take conventional interest-based finance, and investors or family offices who will only participate in opportunities designed under Islamic commercial principles. Introducers serving those communities may also register interest.

Will a Sharia board or scholar certify future products?

If KingStone progresses a Sharia-aligned route, any structure would be subject to independent Sharia review, approved infrastructure, eligibility and documentation before it could be offered. No such certification exists today.

Is registering interest a commitment?

No. It is a non-binding expression of interest only. It does not apply for finance, subscribe to an investment, or create any obligation on you or on KingStone.

Can sole traders or individuals borrow through this route?

Borrower-side interest remains scoped to incorporated companies seeking finance for genuine commercial purposes. Personal or consumer finance is outside KingStone’s model.
